Startups are the new form of entrepreneurship of the last decade attracting an ever-increasing number of investors.

When we refer to startups, the question immediately arises what are they and what are the characteristics that distinguish them from “traditional” companies.

Startup is a company that aims to implement a pioneering and attractive idea resulting in the production of innovative products and services with a positive impact on society as a whole. At its core, then, is innovation. Startups are characterized by impressive growth rates in relation to the human resources they employ, as well as elements of strong extroversion. They usually start with minimal financial resources, but with the right government support and funding they achieve rapid growth and impressive profitability.
