We are pleased to announce that we had the honor of being a contributing author to the investment guide titled as “Doing Business in Greece”, released by the German – Hellenic Chamber of Industry and Commerce. This participatory publication provides general information about legal and business infrastructures in Greece and forms a practical insight in relation to the main challenges related to investment activities. Our chapter entitled as “Trading Companies” covers a wide spectrum of issues to consider in the field of corporate law in Greece, including the current legal framework and formalities applicable to the main types of corporate vehicles and the key points of the law on corporate transformations, as amended by L. 4601/2019 and is currently in force.
